Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only only ship within Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.

  • United Kingdom: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

What are the processing and delivery times?

Singapore:

  • Processing Time (Canvas): 3-5 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Processing Time (Oil Paintings): 10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Canvas): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Oil Paintings, 70x100cm and smaller): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Oil Paintings, 80x120cm and larger): 14-17 days (Monday to Sunday)

United Kingdom & United States:

  • Processing Time (Canvas): 3-5 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Processing Time (Oil Paintings): 10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Canvas, Oil Paintings): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)

 

Can I track my order?

Singapore

At the moment, we are unable to provide tracking numbers due to limitations from our shipping partners. However, we will keep you informed at every stage through regular email updates, including when your order is dispatched and when it is out for delivery.

United Kingdom & United States

A tracking code will be provided to you once your order has been processed by the shipping courier.

 

Product Information

What’s the difference between a Stretch Frame and a Floater Frame?

  • Stretch Frame: The canvas is stretched tightly over a wooden framework. The frame itself remains hidden from view when looking at the artwork.
  • Floater Frame: This adds a decorative outer frame around the stretched canvas, giving a "floating" effect.

Will the canvas artwork fade over time?
No, it won’t! We use premium quality inks and printers to ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors.

To further extend the life of your canvas:

  • Keep it away from direct sunlight.
  • Wipe gently using a dry cloth only.

Are the canvases suitable for outdoor display?
Our canvases are designed exclusively for indoor use. Exposure to intense sunlight and rain can damage the artwork over time.

Do you offer frame installation services?
Unfortunately, we do not provide frame installation services for personal artworks at this time.
