How are your products shipped?

  • United Kingdom: UPS, FedEx and USPS.
  • United States: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

 

What are the processing and delivery times?

Singapore:

  • Processing Time (Canvas): 3 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Processing Time (Oil Paintings): 10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Canvas): 3-7 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Oil Paintings, 70x100cm and smaller): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Oil Paintings, 80x120cm and larger): 14-17 days (Monday to Sunday)

United Kingdom & United States:

  • Processing Time (Canvas): 3-5 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Processing Time (Oil Paintings): 10 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Delivery Time (Canvas, Oil Paintings): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)

 

Can I track my order?

Singapore

At the moment, we are unable to provide tracking numbers due to limitations from our shipping partners. However, we will keep you informed at every stage through regular email updates, including when your order is dispatched and when it is out for delivery.

United Kingdom & United States

A tracking code will be provided to you once your order has been processed by the shipping courier.

 

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! Cosy Home Space insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

 

International taxes & duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are non-refundable if you did not pay the applicable tariff or customs taxes. All return and refund requests must be submitted to us for review and return by our approved return label to be processed. Items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted or processed.
